The United States Volunteer Rangers, Inc. (USVR) is a family-based outdoor, preparedness, and service organization for people who believe that strong families build strong communities. We unite adults, youth, and families who want more than passive recreation — people who value real skills, meaningful service, and practical readiness for everyday life and emergencies alike.
Blending the traditions of classic scouting with modern preparedness, outdoor adventure, and community service, USVR offers hands-on training in bushcraft, camping, hiking, canoeing, navigation, emergency readiness, and responsible marksmanship. Our members train not just for the outdoors, but to be calm, capable, and useful when their communities need them most.
